Your order is accepted and a contract formed between you and Highland Statistics Ltd. when payment is received.
All products are charged in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP).
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days following receipt of your Goods. You must inform us of cancellation via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 7 working days following the date of receipt. You should return the products to us as soon as possible after informing us of your cancellation. If you return products to us that are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you or not refund amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage. No refund will be given if there is any evidence that the product was photocopied.

Our agreement with you is based upon English law and the laws applicable to this agreement are the laws of England and Wales.
Every effort is made to ensure that products are delivered on the time indications provided below. Highland Statistics Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any parcel not arriving within any guaranteed time due to circumstances beyond their control.
Delivery time for European orders will be approximately 5-10 working days.
Delivery time will vary depending on country, but will be approximately 10-20 working days. All Import Taxes (and Duty) are payable by the customer.
Claims for non-delivery must be made within 30 days from the stipulated delivery time. Claims for shortages and damages must be made within 7 working days from date of receipt. All damaged packages must be retained for inspection. Claims not received within the period specified above will not be valid. Highland Statistics Ltd. stores and processes data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Highland Statistics Ltd reserve the right to change or update any Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
